这是来自中国共绘网的一封信，请允许我向您介绍一下共绘网。共绘网（www.gonghuiwang.cn全球热点话题分享社区）于2013年6月8日上线，是由深圳市共绘科技发展有限公司主办的学术探讨型的思想性网站，旨在“共绘梦想，见证美好未来”，力求在时代的旋律中寻找价值，在时代的节点寻找世界主流。共绘网注重为人们提供对国内外政治经济社会现象和发展趋势的具有准确性和前瞻性的剖析，以起到抛砖引玉的作用。目前此网站拥有“共绘主题”、“热点国家”、“经济话题”、“男性世界”、“女性空间”、“见证历史”等内容板块，下设多个频道，涵盖了关于二十个国家集团、各行各业以及人类共同感兴趣的热点话题。

以下是由共绘网提出的几个建议。
1.共绘网倡议将9月2日定为地球村民日
共绘网倡议将9月2日定为地球村民日，从当日起全世界村民放假一天到三天，其意义在于：一是为纪念第二次世界大战取得完全胜利，让所有世人记住这一天，也让后人避免发动战争，全世界范围内消除战争，和平相处。二是让生存在地球上的人类都意识到：在同一个星球上彼此都是邻居，不能因为肤色、语言、文化和宗教信仰等不同而产生距离甚至歧视，同为地球村民应该携起手来，共同建设我们的家园——地球村，最终实现世界梦。
2.统一全球身份认证，制定“国际身份证”
如今，随着“地球村”概念的兴起，世界各地的联系越来越紧密。个人出境旅游、学习、工作等越来越频繁，世界各国都在实现人才、资源的互助互补。只有在虚拟的网络世界里，才能看到不分国界、不分种族、不分语言的统一通行证，这通行证就像是身份证一样，代表着独立个人，有个人身份信息，如国家、性别、名字、地址等。试想一下，如果现实生活中能像虚拟网络世界一样，在联合国这个信息管理系统里，注册一个国际身份证，且每个人有且只有一个，出入境的时候，只需要对准验证机刷一下“国际身份证”，就可以轻轻松松过关了，省去了繁琐的护照和通行证办理、签证申请等，还减少了海关的人力投入，何乐而不为呢！
联合国应当有这样义务，将全球人民团结起来，建立一个和谐的地球村，建立全球联网的个人身份认证平台，给每一个“村民”制定一张“国际身份证”。既然，visa都能做到全球通用，身份认证还是难事吗？对于，统一全球身份认证，制定“国际身份证”，你怎么看？
3.普及“全球村民教育”，联合国责无旁贷
随着社会的发展，教育普及程度的提高，大部分国家都完成了本国的基本教育问题。1990年，联合国教科文组织在泰国召开了世界全民教育大会，明确提出了“全民教育“的概念。其基本内涵是：“扫除成人文盲、普及初等教育以及消除男女受教育之间的差别；满足人民的基本教育从知识、技术、价值观和人生观等方面的指导，使他们能自尊、自立地生活，并通过不断学习来改善自己的生活并为国家和人类发展作出贡献。”
全球一体化趋势的背景下，面对人类共同面临的生存、发展等问题，只有通过全球人民的共同努力才有可能解决。你是否赞成由联合国成立“全球村民教育”基金，提供相关设备及教育经费，并统一派遣教师等相关人员到世界各地，实现教育资源共享，制定并履行“村民公约”，普及“世界语”及全球统一发展的意识，探索和借鉴人类发展的历史，宣扬在和平年代拒绝战争等。说说你的看法！

Joint-DreamNet (Gonghuiwang) initiatives in September 2nd as the “Earth Village Day ”, the villagers from all over the world to take a day to three days off, its significance lies in: first is for commemoration of the complete victory of the Second World War, to let all people remember the day, to avoid the war and to eliminate the war in the whole world range, and to get along with others peacefully. Second is to make the mankind who live and survival on earth are aware of: We live on the same planet, we are neighbors, not have different distance even discrimination because of their skin color, language, culture and religion, the people all around the world should join hands together, to build our own home --Earth Village, and finally make out the eventual realization of one world dream.
Second, to make "International ID ” in the purpose of unified the global identity authentication.
Now, with the rising concept of "Earth Village", the connects around the world become more and more close, such as personal travel, study, work abroad etc,. All countries in the world are in the implementation of mutual complementarity for the talent(HR) and resources. But the reality is that only in the virtual world of cyberspace, can see the unity pass which regardless of the national boundaries, the race, the language either. This kind of pass is just like an ID, on behalf of the independent individual, including the personal identity information, such as the national, gender, name, address etc. Please just imagine, if in real life the people’s ID can be like the pass in a virtual network world, that is in the information management system of United Nations, just to register an international ID, and everyone has one but only one, so during the period of immigration, people only need align to the verification machine and swish the "international ID", you can easily cross the border, and end the tedious procedure for the passport and visa application for customs, also reduce the human input, what is there against it!
We suggest that the United Nations have the obligations to unify the people all around the world to build a harmonious earth village, to establish the platform of personal identity authentication through a global network , to give each of the "villager" an "international lD". Nowadays, visa can do universal using, how can’t the international identity authentication be the same range using, isn’t it easy? For the suggestion of developing a unified global identity authentication, to make the "International ID", what do you see?
Third, to popularize the "Earth Village Education", is the unshirkable responsibility to the United Nations.
With the development of society, the education degree keeping enhancing, mostly countries have completed the basic education for people. In the year of 1990 ,Thailand , UNESCO held a conference on education and put forward clearly the concept of "Education for All", the basic meaning is: "promoting the adult literacy, popularizing the primary education and the elimination of gender differences in education; meeting the basic education requirements and the guidance from knowledge, technology, people's values and outlook on life and other aspects. So that they can know the self esteem, self survival, and to improve their lives and contribute to the nation and the human development through the continuously learning.
With the background of global integration trend, the problems of the survival, development and other issues faced by human beings can be solved only through the joint efforts of the people around the world. Do you agree to set up the" Earth Village Education Funds” by the UNs, which is to provide the related equipment, education funding, the unified dispatching teachers and other related personnel to all over the world, to realize the sharing of educational resources, to make and implement the "the Villager’s Convention", the popularity of "World Language" and the awareness of the global development, and to explore and learn from the history development of human, to advocate “no-war” in time of peace.
